When approaching from Durham via W Lakewood Ave and Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd:
Head south on W Lakewood Ave. Stay right to merge onto Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd (US 15 Business). Watch for Sitar Indian Cuisine on your right. (If you reach Shannon Road and Target on the left, you’ve gone too far.) By Sitar Indian Cuisine, make a right U-turn to head north on the service road.
Continue north on the service road past ABC, Honey Baked Ham, and Gerber Collision & Glass (all on your left) towards the end of the service road. Duke Forest Place has multiple buildings (A, B, C, D, E) and three separate driveways. Building C is accessible via the SECOND Duke Forest Place driveway. You have gone too far if you reach the very last driveway at the end of the service road (the one with red “enter” and “exit” signs).
Suite 230 is located approximately halfway down (in the middle of) Building C. You may park in any available parking spot.
When approaching from the northeast via I-85 S/ US 501 S: Take I-85 S/US-15 S/US-70 W. Follow signs for US-70 BUS/Hillsborough Rd/Chapel Hill to continue on US 15-501 S. Take LEFT exit 105A to merge onto US 15-501 BUS / Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd. Follow the long looping exit ramp / clover leaf and merge onto US 15-501 BUS N/Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd.
Cross through the intersections with Tower Blvd (Target will be on your right, Michael Jordan Nissan on your left) and Shannon Rd. Just past Shannon Road, watch for Sitar Indian Cuisine on your left. Turn left there, using the small left turn lane, to access the service road. Take an immediate right onto the service road to head north. Follow the directions in bold above.
When approaching from the northwest via I-85 S/ US 501 S: Take I-85 N/US-70 E toward Durham. Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 172 for NC 147 S toward Durham/Research Triangle Park/Downtown. Continue onto NC 147 S. Take exit 16B to merge onto US 15-501 S toward Chapel Hill. Take LEFT exit 105A to merge onto US 15-501 BUS N/Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd. Follow the long looping exit ramp / clover leaf and merge onto US 15-501 BUS N/Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd.

Turn left there, using the small left turn lane, to access the service road. Take an immediate right onto the service road to head north. Follow the directions in bold above.
When approaching from Raleigh/Cary off I-40: Take exit 270 onto Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd (US 15-501) and head north toward Durham. Cross through the intersections with Tower Blvd (Target will be on your right, Michael Jordan Nissan on your left) and Shannon Rd. Just past Shannon Road, watch for Sitar Indian Cuisine on your left. Turn left there, using the small left turn lane, to access the service road. Take an immediate right onto the service road to head north. Follow the directions in bold above.
